Creating great business relationships is being civil to others in all your interactions; it’s your people skills.  Civility is intergrading a code of behavior based on respect, restraint, and responsibility.

This session covers 15 aspects of civility and behavior techniques that help effectively communicate and connect with others in the workplace.
